Return & Exchange policy

At Paarijat, every piece is carefully handcrafted, checked and packed with attention to detail. Since our products are made with care and, in many cases, especially for you, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.

NO RETURN OR REFUND
We do not accept returns or provide refunds if:

• You have changed. your mind after placing the order

• You do not like the product after receiving it.

• The product does not suit your personal preference.

• You simply wish to return the product for any other reason.

REFUNDS
A refund will only be issued if the product ordered is out of stock or unavailable and we are unable to fulfil your order. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product when there is no manufacturing or fulfilment issue from our end.

No Exchanges for Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind, do not like the product, or no longer wish to keep it. Exchanges are also not applicable due to colour preference or any other personal preference.

Eligible Cases
A return or exchange may be considered only in case of:

• A damaged or defective product received.

• A wrong product or wrong size being delivered.

• Any other genuine issue caused from our end.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
For any return or exchange request, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show:

• The outer packaging as received.

• The package being opened.

• The product and all its packaging in full.

• The issue/damage clearly visible, if applicable.

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process a return or exchange request.

Report Within 2 Days
Any issue must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.Please retain the original packaging, tags, labels and all other materials until your return or exchange request has been resolved. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.We request you to carefully check your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is any issue. Every Paarijat piece is made and packed with care, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our policies.
